This was our first time with MSC, we've previously sailed with RCI, Princess and P & O. Having read reviews on this site we were really apprehensive. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Embarkation and disembarkation were extremely smooth. Our cabin was spotless & had everything we needed except tea/coffee making facilities. All of the staff on board were excellent and extremely hard ...

We booked all inclusive package for couple (3 massages p/p). When we tried to schedule our massages the spa reception lady told us that they cannot accommodate the time when we wanted to have our massage. The cruise itinerary was middle of December 2014, departing from Genoa to Civitavecchia to Heraklion to Piraeus to Istanbul (2 days stop in Istanbul) to Malta to Messina and back to Genoa. The cruise was booked directly by MSC, including the Allegrissimo drinks package. Embarkation in Genoa went quite well, thanks. But this was almost only the one positive side of this cursed cruise, hence then ...

The MSC Sinfonia was a lovely ship that met our every expectations regarding service, food, cleanliness and comfort. We had a balcony cabin which was spacious, comfortable and met all our expectations, it was large in comparison to the other rooms that did not have a balcony and everything about it was great. The service in the restaurants was second to none and the staff were courteous and ...
