Genoa to the Canary Islands MSC Sinfonia Cruise Reviews

Our experience on MSC Sinfonia first departure Genoa Dec 27 2018 and stayed on for the next cruise total 21 days I have done over 7 cruises now on Holland America, Princess, and Celestial. MSC sinfonia, shambles .... Before I start this was not the first cruise I have done with MSC albeit the first on sinfonia. The holiday started poorly and did not get much better. Flight into Genoa was not able to land so 40 ish passengers were flown to Pisa and told by MSC a coach will be waiting to transfer us to Genoa and that the ship would wait for us. Wrong.....
