Me and my husband have to travel a lot between Brasil and Spain, and we would do it every time by cruise, if there were cruises all year.
As it is, we try to get them anytime we can. We would love if you could start a regular line, as it used to have many years ago....
We like MSC more than other lines, unfortunately we had a bad experience with Costa, they charged us a tax that wasn't said ...
We want to highlight the outstanding cabin cleaning services performed by Rebecca, the maid of our cabin (10229) and the impeccable waiter serving our table, Kadik (we had the table 530, 2nd evening session). Very good points for the ship, the cabin, the dining and the staff. Entertainment on board for OK, except for some shows performed at the theater. The ballet dancers, the soprano and the ...
We thoroughly enjoyed this cruise, the ship had a lovely atmosphere and we were treated well on all occasions. It was enjoyable to stroll around the ship as it was extremely tasteful. Our cabins were comfortable and well maintained and spotlessly clean. We particularly enjoyed our balconies especially when coming into a port.
We dined at Le Maxims and the service was excellent. It was nice to ...
This was my first cruise so I really didn't know what to expect after reading some of the reviews. I was doing back to back cruises with the second week being on the Preziosa out of Venice. I flew into Venice then flew to Genoa and took a taxi to the cruise port after staying a night in a hotel. I was so pleased to find that embarkation was an absolute breeze. There were no queues, no waiting ...
We had a fabulous time on msc musica starting from Genoa, travelling on to Rome ,Palermo, Tunis ,Palma, Valencia and marseille . The ship was clean , staff very obliging, shows were excellent. Dining room staff couldn't have been more helpful.I really can't fault the cruise despite reading the worrying reviews before I went. The food was very nice. I would go again with msc and can't help ...
This cruise was my 10th cruise and the 2nd with MSC, so I thought I knew what to expect and, most of all, I expected relax and entertainment, having already visited the majority of ports of call.
Unfortunately this cruise did not live up to my expectations in several ways as the ship was always too crowded and loud so relax was not possible.
THE GOOD:
- elegant mid-sized ship
- staterooms are ...
We chose MSC Musica as it fitted with our vacation dates and those of friends that we were travelling with and the ports looked nice. Embarkation in Genoa was ok except whilst waiting to get on the ship we were talked into buying a beverage package - my husband and I drink very little but were talked into it with one of the perks being that it was an all inclusive package with nothing more to pay. ...
We were a little apprehensive about booking this cruise because of the mostly negative reviews by English speaking cruisers on this site. However, the timing of the cruise and the itinerary suited us very well and we went ahead and booked. We boarded in Genoa and the experience was very encouraging. Boarding arrangements were like a well-oiled machine, no waiting, no fuss, polite and efficient ...
The Musica is a lovely ship and very well cared for. The service was 3-4 star and good value for money, as was the food.
On my sailing there were 2500 passengers. 2000 of these were German and 24 were english speakers. The balance was made up of Italians, Spanish and French.
I understand that MSC would like to encourage more British passengers. I would suggest that the best way to achieve this ...
This was a Christmas Cruise experience of many facets. We were a party of 6 with many Cruises behind us, from 80+ to 20+ in total, so we've experienced many ships from Asia, Caribbean, Europe & USA. We took the package LHR to Milan Linate (our first mistake) & waited about 20 mins for the coaches to arrive. After loading we waited another 20 mins whilst they did 3 recounts to tally the pax list. ...
