I am a regular cruiser with RCI & PO. This is my first and last time with MSC. This can't be classed as a cruise. Its just a awfully run ferry.
Cons
- No soul
-Same food every night in the buffet
-Staff have CANT do attitude
-Safety doesn't seem Important to MSC. (Seen with my own eyes)
-Don't accept complaints at reception.
- Doesn't feel like a cruise. Just a transport ...
