Complaints: 1) Even before the cruise started, upon booking at the said price, 30% of the cruise price was added on as taxes. That was a surprise to me - I never found out who got that tax money, or what it was used for. €300 wasted? Time wasted trying to find out, unsuccessfully, what it was about.

We read all the reviews. We have a balcony cabin it is great, yes the shower is small but really it is good.
The staff have been fantastic
The food is good, really good. The buffers have everything thing you could need

The excursions were fairly good and so was the food and servers. Everything else was horrible. The beauty salon was awful, terrible communication skills and high pressure staff, like your money was their personal piggy bank. When we tried to schedule our massages the spa reception lady told us that they cannot accommodate the time when we wanted to have our massage. We previously cruised on Costa, Carnival and Holland America as suite guests. We purchased a suite on MSC. This time there was no champagne in the cabin, no daily fresh fruit, no coffee and no hair conditioner. And no folded towel animals :-)
