The pool areas are nice, and have retractable roofs in case it rains. It does get a bit hot when the roof is extended.

If you book the Best of St. Lucia tour with Costa, ask for M.G. to be your guide!

The Caribbean sunsets were some of the best parts of this cruise. Especially if you got to see them from the top decks while leaving port.

NO hot water in the cabin!!!
"It is inadmissible for a big company like Costa to sell an incomplete product to the customer: an entire cruise during 15 days without hot water in the cabin! But do Costa really think that this will do for such a great inconvenience as lack of hot water in the cabin during the whole cruise?!!..."Read More

Our first transatlantic cruise and first time with Costa. After reading the Costa Pacifica reviews on this site I was not expecting too much from our cruise so thank you to all those who lowered our expectations because we loved virtually every minute of this cruise, particularly the food which was at times borderline Michelin. More positives include one of the largest spa facilities on any cruise ...

A Transatlantic cruise is a great way to escape the European winter and be away for Christmas. The seas are nearly always calm and after several crossings we have always enjoyed smaller passenger numbers. That means better service and less hustle and bustle. Embarking and disembarking was never an issue and the staff are amazing Dining was excellent and MDR Dinner was well presented with a ...

7 complaints and 2 compliments: COMPLAINTS: 1. Change of itinerary due to vis major. As on the 7. October 2023. the war between Gaza and Israel suddenly begun, Costa changed our itinerary and instead of docking in Ashdod (Israel), Alexandria (Egypt), and Limassol (Cyprus) the new itinerary included Istanbul and Izmir (Turkey) and Volos and Piraeus (Greece). The passengers were informed of ...

This was a slow way to return to S. America and the ports made this a good choice. The ship was fairly full with guests from Spain, Italy, Finland, Russia, Switzerland, Holland, France, Argentina, Germany, Brazil, UK, USA and others. Embarkation was slow in Savona, took us two and a half hours to get onboard. The food was Italian as expected with some unusual options such as pasta with squid, ...

We booked Costa Pacifica for 10 night Mediterranean cruise for our wedding anniversary. It was our first cruise and i would say that it met and sometimes exceeded our expectations. Value for money was great and with few exceptions everything was awesome. Cleanliness overall was top. Reaching places on the ship was easy after we discovered the interactive screens. Sadly, always some of the ...

Recommended by friends who had been and we loved this cruise! Flew to Nice and used the Costa coach transfer to Savonna. Embarkation was very efficient and cruise terminal in Savonna comfortable. First stop was Marseille, the cruise terminal is about 10km from town centre with free bus shuttle provided by the port. In Cadiz the railway station is right next to the terminal. In Madeira, St ...

Single traveler on 'Isole Del Sole' cruise with 'Costa Pacifica' from Savona. I chose this cruise to experience 'Costa Crociere', Madeira and Canary Islands with some more sea days again. Embarkation - The process from arrival at the terminal to my stateroom took about 2 hours, but I was repeatedly addressed in German, my native language. The stateroom was not yet ready at shortly after ...

I just got off a Costa Pacifica cruise for a 11 days from Genoa Italy. First only had two English channels on TV. Second The entertainment was mostly cater to Germans with only ball room dancing. The few other bands where below mediocre to put you to sleep!. The cruise director spoke at the main shows in German catering to her own. The food was mostly for breakfast sweets and rolls. No oat meal, a ...

We are two seventy plus English pensioners who have done 10 plus cruises on several cruise lines. We picked this cruise because it was a good price and we hadn't used Costa before. We stayed one night in the Park Inn by Nice airport to avoid getting up at a ridiculous time, the hotel was excellent. We picked up our transfers at 12 o'clock at the airport and arrived at Savona port two hours later. ...
