Told by Iglu that this was a good cruise,
.No bus to pick us up at Nice, one arrived 2 hours late.
Boat drill held before we had got to our cabin.
Internet very slow and news from TV non existent after Suez.

We chose this repositioning cruise because of the itinerary and wanted to do more of South Africa. Overall the ship was clean and tidy, the staff must take a lot of credit for this.

Overall we were disappointed with this cruise. A beautiful ship with lots of high value shops. Food in the buffet left a lot to be desired in flavour and quality and also was barely warm.

Wonderful itinerary...beautiful ship...SERVICE WAS DISGRACEFUL....never want to sail on any of the MSC ships again. We choose (me & 6 friends) this cruise for the nice tour (Genua, Naples, Sicilië, Malta, Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona, Marseille, Genua). This was a full capacity cruise and the staffing was totally inadequate for the numbers involved. Tables in the dining rooms were far too close together and, on the first night, we had to wait almost an hour for any food. Needless to say, we did not return. As stated on other reviews the ship is beautiful and to be honest the service in the bars is very good. Waiters polite and efficient. Unfortunately there were lots of negatives.
