WORST CRUISE EVER

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

I have cruised many times and normally my family cruises with Carnival, however, Royal Caribbean is just one of those boats you see from the balcony of yours and think, "Whats that boat? I want to get on there!" Boy, was I wrong! I moved to Seattle last year, and we have had this family vacation planned for over 8 months. I flew all the way down from Seattle for a family vacation that turned out ...

We had much expectation for this cruise for our surprise the ship is big but very old, after embarking we headed to Winjamer cafe was clean but food was ok with very little variety. The story began when we got to the stateroom it had strong odor of rat urine it was unsupportable, the pillows were old and stinky we requested new one not with out giving the housekeeping a cash tip. Was the worst ...

Disappointment on the Navigator

We were very excited to join the royal loyal following of RCI only to be met with disappointment after disappointment on this, our first (and possibly last) cruise with RCI. This was not only the Christmas cruise but it was our honeymoon as well. A few highlights: 1) Our a/c was not working properly and our room never fully cooled. They tried to fix it - once - but it did little to alleviate the ...

The positives, our room steward was excellent and was the staff in the dining room, including the head waiter. I anticipated after a call to Royal Caribbean that I would go hungry since I am vegan but they did an excellent job of finding me something to eat. The lows start with the lines to embark the ship. If you have no status with the ship (this was only my 3rd Royal Caribbean Cruise) then you ...

Terrible cruise...Worst we have ever had

Where do I begin? This cruise was so terrible we may never go on RCCL again despite the fact we are I have high up on the tier for past cruisers. Complaints were brought to attention of the assistant manager which were answered with empty apologies. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service after returning. I was told we would have a resolution within 72 hours but now I am told it will ...

I have been on many cruises, some were a great experience, some were ok, and ONE was just plain awful. Unfortunately this is the one cruise that was awful. It was so bad in fact, that it has made me realize that I will never cruise with Royal Caribbean ever again. That is just sad! Let me begin by telling you that the main reason I went on this cruise, was to reward myself with a little bit of ...

There are better cruise ships out there than this one. Choose differently.Had a loud and annoying banging / tapping noise- metal to metal from the moment we entered our room. The issue was addressed by us and several other passengers on this floor as well as the floor below. Complained all throughout the cruise(mainly during the hours of midnight on) and lost lots of sleep. I think that they ...

My sister and I went on the cruise to Honduras, Belize and Cozumel. We booked a balcony room 9294. The room was absolutely wonderful, view was perfect, had a coffee pot and warmer in the room. We really enjoyed the best Stateroom Attendant, Rodney McCrae, . The ship is absolutely beautiful and the shows were very good. We had no problem getting seats at the shows. You do have to get your ice ...

I have been on about 9 cruises in the last 17 years. We had never been with Royal Caribbean before and we were looking forward to a new cruise line for us. Here is what some else posted….I back this time’s 10…. “I want everyone to know before you book your trip that we have NEVER been told NO so many times aboard ship! It was such a different experience from all of our other trips that we won't ...
