This is my 7th cruise with Royal, and the crew were definitely the best ever. On the second day I went to customer service asking them if I could get a pillow top mattress because my bed was too hard, it was in my room within 15mins of me asking. Very impressed with the fast service. I only of one crytism and that is anywhere close to the casino it is very smokey with all the cigarette smoke. I ...

2-5 Cruises

My husband and I have been on 5 cruises before this cruise. All of them with Royal Caribbean. Each time we've gone we have had an amazing time! After years of promising out 5 children that we would take them we finally did it! We chose to cruise out of Galveston because we figured we could drive to Texas from Colorado and save ourselves the airfare. This made the expense of our family vacation ...

The crew and staff of the Navigator are great. Destinations are terrific. The ship itself however is showing signs of age. I noticed a lot of rust, the floors of the Balconies are cracking and lifting and some fresh paint might go a long way. This was our fifth cruise, and we will go again and sail with RCI. We did not do any shore excursions this time, since our plan was to just enjoy the ship, ...

Embarkation tedious and long lines, but guess that is to be expected. The ship itself is lovely. Food in the windjammer could be better...this is our third cruise, and the food quality has definitely gone down. The food in the dining room is good, but very small portions. We frequently requested either double appetizers or entrees as we found ourselves leaving dinner and being hungry in an hour! ...

First Time Cruiser

We cruised on the Navigator of the Seas on January 4th, the week after the New Year’s cruise. The ship is beautiful and very spacious. We had a Superior Ocean View (balcony) on Deck 6 that was very comfortable, cabin 6240. The crew is really friendly. We are Diamond Plus members, but we chose to visit the Diamond Lounge because of the friendly staff there, including the Concierge, Mahmoud ...

We left out of Galviston. The process went as smooth as silk getting on and off the ship. The best I have ever had. Now the issues on the first day. My luggage did not show up till 6:20 pm. The issue was I had dinner reservations at Chops at 6:30 with another couple. I got changed fast and tried to slow everything down to enjoy dinner. The waiter placed us at a table right by the window, great ...

Just completed sailing all 5 Voyager Class ships and we love them! You wouldn't believe me if I told you that we have booked them all just by chance and was not even looking for the Voyager Class when we booked the last 3 sailings with RCCL, it was pure luck and chance. Enjoyed the ship and the crew, loved eating at Chops Restaurant for a little special treatment. The Diamond Lounge service was ...

The Navigator worked well for my wife and I. We arrived early at the main entrance of the terminal and were provided two wheelchairs as soon as debarkation from the previous cruise was complete. Check-in and boarding were effortless; they brought us to deck 11 for lunch as we were early and cabin was not ready. After lunch we went up to deck 14 (Cosmopolitan Lounge) and watched the football ...

We arrived in Houston from the west coast the day before our sailing of January 18/15. Picked up our rental car and were on our way to Galveston for an overnight at the Comfort Inn. Having never been to Texas before we were looking forward to seeing a little of Galveston prior to the Cruise. The city is quite charming and has much to offer it's visitors. We drove Seawall Blvd, checked out the ...

The cruise was wonderful; the weather cooperated. Embarkation (wheel chair assist) was the easiest it ever had been. ALL the servers on the ship were excellent. The restaurants and bars were good, although the main dining room offerings were bland and mass-produced tasting. All desserts there were gelatinous, even the cakes. The gym and spa were very clean and useable. Spin class was boring rather ...
