WORST CRUISE EVER

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

I have cruised many times and normally my family cruises with Carnival, however, Royal Caribbean is just one of those boats you see from the balcony of yours and think, "Whats that boat? I want to get on there!" Boy, was I wrong! I moved to Seattle last year, and we have had this family vacation planned for over 8 months. I flew all the way down from Seattle for a family vacation that turned out ...

This was my second cruise on Royal carribean with my family. From the first day we arrived, I felt like they have lost their royal treatment. The food was disgusting. the bread was hard, the smell of the sapphire restaurant was horrible, and the cook couldn't prepare soft scrambled eggs. The pool area was dirty all the time, the room a/c was not cooling well at all. And some of the staff ...

Worst Cruise Ever

Bad Service, Terrible Accommodations, and Poor Quality Food. 3rd time cruising with RC. 30 years old traveling with Fiance. Stayed in a balcony suite. Beverage Package not worth it, doesn't include everything like it says. Rude bartenders that take FOREVER to serve a drink. And don't forget to include the tax and automatic gratuity which makes it about $30 more than advertised per day. ...

My wife and I along with our 2 daughters ages 4 and 1 sailed the Navigator on 5/17. We've been on 4 Carnival cruises but wanted to try RC for the childcare due to our 1 ye old. Ship is outdated, old, pink hallways. Staterooms and balcony are ok on size. Bathrooms only have hot and NO cold water until debarkation day. Windjammer buffet tastes of all hospital food. Very rude lady that works left ...

We had much expectation for this cruise for our surprise the ship is big but very old, after embarking we headed to Winjamer cafe was clean but food was ok with very little variety. The story began when we got to the stateroom it had strong odor of rat urine it was unsupportable, the pillows were old and stinky we requested new one not with out giving the housekeeping a cash tip. Was the worst ...

Having traveled more than 15 times on many different cruise lines. we took our first cruise on a Royal Caribbean ship. The company makes claims they are the #1 cruise line in the business. Don't believe it. They may be #1 in passenger volume but NOT in cruise quality. Their promo offers for attractive On Board Cash Credits becomes a "bait & switch" tactic. Once on board you discover how expensive ...

Disappointment on the Navigator

We were very excited to join the royal loyal following of RCI only to be met with disappointment after disappointment on this, our first (and possibly last) cruise with RCI. This was not only the Christmas cruise but it was our honeymoon as well. A few highlights: 1) Our a/c was not working properly and our room never fully cooled. They tried to fix it - once - but it did little to alleviate the ...

The positives, our room steward was excellent and was the staff in the dining room, including the head waiter. I anticipated after a call to Royal Caribbean that I would go hungry since I am vegan but they did an excellent job of finding me something to eat. The lows start with the lines to embark the ship. If you have no status with the ship (this was only my 3rd Royal Caribbean Cruise) then you ...

Where do I begin? This cruise was so terrible we may never go on RCCL again despite the fact we are I have high up on the tier for past cruisers. Complaints were brought to attention of the assistant manager which were answered with empty apologies. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service after returning. I was told we would have a resolution within 72 hours but now I am told it will ...
