"If you aren’t familiar with this I think they are at least doing this on RC and Celebrity… on the app you watch the safety videos and then once on board no more getting interrupted in the middle of the day to go to your muster station, just some time during the day you need to go to your designated station and check in… so much better!!!Went with husband and 2 kids, after canceling a Celebrity Cruise that was during this same time a few months ago with Omicron had hit, booked this last minute after COVID numbers were down and my parents cruised in Feb noting the cruise was only 50% booked...."Read More

Our first sign that something was amiss was before we even arrived. As we were driving up to the boat, we saw a rusty, grimey mess near the upper portions of the back of the ship. Admittedly, this is on the uppermost floors nearer the smoke stacks, but this was bad even for that location and everyone remarked on it.

This review starts at the port. RCCL has a new terminal that is beautiful but has to be run by blind people. It apparently opened in November and it was the worst experience we have ever witnessed in a port. There apparently is no communication between security, the private parking vendors, and RCCL. Our embarkation was a disaster, waited in line for 95 min. They were not enforcing checkin times. Line was much longer for others. Food quality has declined significantly, sure don’t like new menus in MDR. Forcing guest to eat in specialty restaurants. They are still very good. Mama Mia was excellent best show at sea. Staff works hard. Had long hour plus wait at security in Cozumel.

The chow line /buffet was horrible, the same food over and over and the staff was not interested in helping at all

This was a Valentine Cruise featuring the Texas Tenors. However, unless you purchased VIP package, you were unable to hear them perform. Embarkation was a complete zoo standing in line with hundreds of other guests for thirty minutes before being able to board. Very crowded with lots of children.
