Here are a few random thoughts based on my experience: -Dining with Ariel/Jorge/Franco in Botticelli was flawless! I never had an empty plate sit in front of me for more than 60 seconds. When I commented to Ariel that the jalapeno sauce wasn't very spicy, he brought me chopped jalapenos the rest of the week. We all really enjoyed the food.
