I was very unhappy with the customer service provided on the Norwegian Jade. My boyfriend and I were treated very rudely by the staff on the ship. NCL should receive accolades for their care of my daughter and her service dog "Sketch". From the moment we booked, we had excellent care. We have sailed with NCL over 10 times. We usually enjoy the cruise immensely, but the Jade was disappointing. This is not stopping us from sailing again on the Jade, but I will bring my own pillow next time! The atrium was smaller that the Jewel and the furniture was very uncomfortable.
