This ship had the best service overall than any other cruise we have been on. From the great room attendant to the fabulous wait staff to the fantastic bartenders in many of the venue bars. My family was excited to go on the Navigator as it was the largest ship we've ever been on and it had some features we'd never experienced before. We had a great time. Our drive to Galveston from Oklahoma was good except for a 20 minute traffic jam in Dallas and a 10 minute traffic jam in Houston. We booked one night at Moody Gardens Hotel Resort to stay before our cruise on Galveston Island. I am serious about customer service and I must say it is exceptional here!

We had a great cruise, weather was magnificent, water was calm all week long. Cruise was Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Falmouth Jamaica. Couldn't ask for a better cruise. The staff on the ship was courteous, friendly and seemed eager to make your experience the best ever.

Was on the Navigator in 2013 and had bad experiences. It was going in to be refurbished . RCCL was so gracious to give us a discount for our many problems with our state room. 2) Royal Caribbean and other cruise lines are now floating retail malls intent on selling you every minute on board. Even in the food service in their main dining room (in the past superb), their menus are becoming dull and not as well prepared as though promoting their expanding "on board paid" restaurants now ...
Our waiter Jasper and Assistant Waiter Jirmansyah were excellent. They made our cruise enjoyable in spite of other falling-short on the cruise.
With regards to Entertainment/Shows. Very lame. I have seen better High School productions.
