Carnival is obviously struggling to pay off its debt from the pandemic. I have never been on a cruise where there was so much disorganization, poor customer service, weary employees, ineffective systems, and general apathy.

The staff was nice most of the time, the balcony room was fair. We only got a few channels on the TV, not that we were there to be watching TV but come on.
