Coming back from Cozumel which was a blast. This rainbow showed up from the ship crashing the water with a little sunshine to add. The sea was nice to us leaving Cozumel.

First time Cruiser- critiques, positives and overall feelings

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Breeze

This was my first time on a cruise ship and my overall experience was positive. Cruise ships in general are a modern marvel. I couldn't help but smile as I boarded the massive floating city. While I was both impressed and intrigued by the size and scope of the ship. I did suspect it was nearing the end of it's use. Some areas of the ship seemed a little worse for wear. The carpet in the ...

The ship itself was very nice, clean. The cruise on the other hand was a bit rocking heading to Cozumel. Which is why, I will say the service and food was a bit off from the usual, per previous sailings with Carnival. The dinner, even sea day brunch just eh this time around. The cabin, was an ocean suite and it was very nice and roomy. My wife and I enjoyed the closet space and she loved the tub. ...

Fresh my room attendant made this cruise everything. Personal service with a smile and greeted me by name every time he saw me. He even inquired about our needs and advise of everything going on around the ship when asked. The organization of most processes were smooth. Faster to the fun is a definite must. This was my first cruise experience, I will definitely be cruising again. I would want to ...

I originally chose this cruise because of the two stops in Mexico and days length, leaving Galveston was a plus as well since I was coming from Houston. Little id I know we were going to get a gift I couldn't even predict. Lawrence the Cruise Director was AMAZING!! He is one of those people that lights up a room wherever he goes and he made us feel like family and we all had a BLAST!! The Motown ...

I took my adult son and wanted something easy and fun from Galveston. Considering how many people were on ship, I thought the “getting on/getting off” process was reasonably good. Crew was great! Our cruise director Lawerence was wonderful. We enjoyed all of the shows and did most of them - comedy, Deal or No Deal, Love & Marriage, Bingo, Karioke, and production shows. I think the restaurant Blush ...

This is our third time on the Breeze. Normally, I enjoy her. Good ship with great staff. The people on friendly. I still had a good time, but this was my least favorite Breeze cruise. First, I got sick with a stomach bug or food poisoning the first sea day. Then the ship was as full as I have ever seen a ship. Too full. It was on the Easter weekend and was PACKED. PACKED. I went on the ...

Sailed on the Carnival Breeze January 16-21 We chose this cruise kind of last minute since our cruise was cancelled at the beginning of the pandemic. My wife and I just celebrated our 20th anniversary so we took this opportunity to sail without our kids. We let the cruise line pick out room. We were assigned 7237, which is in the front of the ship but unfortunately right above the theater so ...

I have been cruising for 22 years and have 10 Carnival Cruises under my belt. This was a great cruise, but there were definitely some notable changes since my last sailing. I will break it down- The Good- Staff-the hardest working and friendly people anywhere! Smiling, helpful, friendly, pleasant no matter their job. Shout out to Christian our room steward. He was amazing! The ...

Great Value, But a couple issues being corrected would make it 5 star

Went for a family cruise with the older kids and family. Had 3 cabins. All spa balconies. The embarkation was excellent and handled very well. The spa, which we've used before many times was ok. But the services were way over priced this time and the quality was subpar to say the best. They charged an extra 17 just to put a hot towel on my wife's back during treatment. Very unprofessional ...

After seeing the bad reviews, and not having cruised since the pandemic, I went with low expections for this trip. Overall it was a good 5 day cruise, however, and we had a great time. We had a 12:30pm embarkation time. When we arrived, it was pretty crowded, but we made it on board in about 30 minutes. Considering all passengers were required to show vax/testing documentation, it went pretty ...
