I chose this sailing for smaller ship size and ports. The service for the past few cruises has declined due to massive cutbacks in personnel. This effects the customer and turnover rates. We really enjoyed our cruse on the Carnival Freedom. The crew was very nice and everything was very clean. The main pool and water slides are also fun. The ship is not huge so the number of people on board is not crazy. So the lines are not to crazy.
