We chose The Prima for the ship. The itinerary was great, but, really we wanted the full Haven experience on The Prima. The Prima is a stunning ship. Elegance on each floor. The lack of good service on this cruise was ridiculous! Workers pushing carts would plow you down if you didn’t get out of the way! Who ever shouted the loudest got served next at bars because there was no orderly que. The much-marketed Guy Fieri BBQ restaurant was closed most of the days of our cruise. Let me start by saying the staff on the ship is very friendly and helpful. The ship public areas and the cabins were very clean.
