The cruise was supposed to go to Bermuda. I get it. Itinerary can change, but we found out at check in. They claim due to weather. Weather was bad going to the boring alternative of Port Canaveral and Nassau. Service was terrible. Staff was rude and inattentive. Food was mediocre. MDR was the worst service and food was cold. Traveled with a group of about 16 people. First time on MSC cruise usually travel on NCL or Carnival. The house keeper that cleaned my cabin was awesome. Dinning room host didn't seem pleasant.
