This was our second cruise with Holland America. We have cruised on Princess, Carnival, and Celebrity. The ship was fine. It was very clean and the staff were excellent. We had an aft facing cabin on deck 7 which was really nice, and our cabin stewards were great.

This cruise over Thanksgiving week was our 30th cruise, with 9 sailing with Holland America. My wife and I arrived at embarkation at approx. 1:30 pm. Joys of Westerdam
Westerdam, November 14-21, Caribbean.
7 days of Caribbean, with two days of which simply at sea going somewhere else. In and out of FLL.

Embarkation was easy, arrived shortly after noon, parked at Park N Fly and were shuttled over to the ship quickly. Wish they would have a separate line for those that don't want to get the pre-boarding photo that the cruise lines love to push.

Fantastic time..always something to do, or just relax..
Pampered and made to feel like you really matter.

Overall a very good value cruise.
We booked a "guarantee" balcony and were given 4175 which is a VC second from the stern starboard side. Despite the location the cabin was very quiet with no noise or vibration problem, Balcony was larger than standard which was a plus.
