We planned this cruise due to some of the ports we had not been to. Ports were great but really RC you need to retire this ship. If it takes a smaller ship to get into some of these ports then build a few of these small ships and then don't load them up to the gills with people. This ship was cramped, lines long and old. They didn't even have a soda machine to alleviate the lines at the bars. ...

My husband and I chose this 10 day cruise because of the ports. We had not been to several of them even though we have cruised the Caribbean about 50 times. EMABRKATION: Very fast and efficient. ROOM: You use to have access to your room by 1pm but we were told it would be 2pm----it was 3pm before we had access. RCCL only offers room cleaning once a day - morning or evening - which we ...

The Caribbean ports were all as expected. We arrived on time each day and the ship was quickly made ready for us to disembark. The ship in general is old and tired. Some carpeting is badly in need of a change, especially by some of the rooms. Some hallways had sewage smell which detracted from the experience. The ship is generally understaffed. Meal service was slow because the staff ...

Very disappointing cruise in so many ways. After 40+ cruises we have some idea of the norm one should expect and this was a huge letdown and should be an embarrassment for Royal Caribbean (RC). We put the blame on RC for the poor experience. It seems that they have cut back on staff and there were often no workers to help with things that were needed. Phone calls for assistance were not ...

My partner and I needed a break from the weather and the 10 day cruise to the Eastern Caribbean seemed like a great solution. We drove to Ft. Lauderdale and parked in the port garage. It did not seem worth the savings to use one of the off-site parking places. We had heard of problems at some of them with shuttle waits and other issues. I am a Diamond level RCCL cruiser and my partner was on ...

The ship in very good condition for its age. The food was excellent in the dining room and very good in the Windjammer. The crew members were outstanding. They were friendly and helpful at all times. Ana, the dining room waitress and Mohamed, the assistant waiter were excellent. Sajil, the dining room supervisor was excellent at his job. Sangita, our statement room attendant did ...

We were being very careful on the cruise only eating at chops 5 nights and main dining 3 times at 2 top tables. Only took 3 excursions with 1 to beach and 2 on crowded buses with only Royal passengers. Got off ship and immediately got sick with Covid and to go into hospital for 2 days. Called Royal to complain but they were not interested in hearing our complaints. So reported event to ...

We were pleased with everything from the moment we got on the ship. Our cabin was clean and fresh. The cabin Stewart introduced himself and was happy to see if we could have a little refrigerator. We did. We were so happy to sit at table 137, where both Andre and Ignacio treated us as if we were royalties. Every meal we ate at dinner was delicious. The dining rooms were comfortable and not too ...

1. Embarkation very good. Debarkation - chaos. We didn't get off the ship until 11:20AM 2. Entertainment. Awful. The comedian rolled up a napkin to resemble a penis and safety pinned in to his belt and strutted around the stage making flatulence noises and telling potty mouth jokes. 3. Giovanni's Table: terrific, but $20 extra. Lido (they call it the Windjammer): same food each day, very limited ...
