This is my first ever review of anything. I will be the first to admit that I have never been interested in taking a cruise. My in-laws purchased a cruise for us and our siblings for Christmas. I have never been so impressed with the level of customer service that we received ever in my entire life. From the second we stepped onto the ship every single employee did nothing but make us feel ...

Disappointing (too big); I love mega ships, but service suffers and so does $$.

I'll start with the the best part of the cruise. Our Cabin Attendant (Clover Roberts) was a great Steward. She was always helpful with a smile on her face and very respectful. She made a so-so trip for us a better than it would have been. There was one waiter, who served us once at dinner and once at lunch, that was great! Unfortunately, that was the exception, not the rule. This was after ...

No doubt in recommending this cruse!!! My husband and I enjoyed our 7 days cruise trip on ¨OASIS OF THE SEAS¨ on the Caribbean: NASSAU, BAHAMAS – ST. THOMAS – ST. MARTEEN. According to our experience and disagreeing with some prior reviews from travelers, our opinion is that there are more PROS than CONS about this amazing ship. Our vacation trip began on Nov. 28th and ended on Dec. 5th , ...

I had a very good experience on most of the ship. However, Guest Services needs to be thoroughly overhalled and managed better. Long lines are typical on the first and last days, therefore an increase in staff is necessary for those times to keep the waiting time down. Also on-board credit needs to be handled more efficiently. Had deep problems trying to get staff to make corrections, which ...

This was our 5th cruise with RC. Age 57 and 51. Came in the night before and stayed in Miami. Took Supershuttle to Ft Lauderdale Saturday morning, got to the pier about 10:30 or so, check-in was fast, we had filled out all information online. Everyone sits and waits till it's time to board just was at 12:45. This ship is big, in a weeks time not sure I even saw it all. This ship is beautiful and ...

We cruised the Oasis on Jan 14-21 2012 and had our reservations about the size and amount of people. No worries I never felt I was around 6000 people at any time. Show: Were awesome, loved the Headliner Texas Tenors, loved Oasis of Dreams, loved loved the comedy show. We only saw the three but heard others talk about other shows and never heard a complaint one on the ...
