We have always been VERY pleased with our experiences aboard Royal Caribbean ships. This ship however DID NOT meet our expectations. Most of the crew was very professional and helpful but very disorganized and not very knowledgable; the ship needs a lot of work.
We did not have the use of our cabin for several hours due to a plumbing issue on our floor.

We brought our 6 year old twins on their 2nd cruise. We flew in late the night before and stayed at Riverfront Hotel the night before (booked through Priceline, very expensive because of Easter Weekend). We used Uber service from airport to hotel, hotel to port and port to airport without a hitch.

This was our first time cruising on Royal Caribbean. The staff did a great job and we really enjoyed the shows (especially Ice Dancing and Sound Collage).

This was my 10th cruise and 5th with Royal Caribbean. We had been on Voyager of the Seas in 2008 so it was our 2nd Voyager class ship. This was our 13 and 16 year old sons first cruise.
Hotel info-We flew in a day early and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on 17th. Didn't care much for the hotel but you can't beat the location to the port- about 5 minutes away.

The Navigator was a clean and well maintained ship. Love the lay out.
Food in the dining room was excellent for breakfast,lunch and dinner. Food at Windjammer was poor. Salads were fresh, nice cut up fruit but eggs and breakfast potatoes were disgusting ( except fried eggs ). Fish was dried out, tasteless.

What made this cruise memorable was the group of family and friends we were with. And the Bon Jovi cover band. Other than that, the ship itself was below average on what we expect from cruising with Royal. Our stateroom attendant was great and the staff at the schooner bar was the best I've ever encountered.
