Hotel: Being from Wisconsin we decided it was best to come down a day early and stayed at Holiday Inn Express Convention Center. The shuttle from the airport was free and very fast. The room was a king non smoking and very comfortable. It looked as if it had been recently updated. However it was very expensive this time of year, ($230 with tax) It was close to a number of shops and centrally located to many restaurants. We paid $6.00 for a cab to the cruise port. We were able to have this arranged the night prior to meet us at 11:30. They also offered a group shuttle for $6.00 per person, so it made more sense for us a party of 2 to take a personal taxi. 
Embarkment: We left our hotel at 11:25 and by 11:50 were in the Windjammer. So fast I could hardly believe it. Our taxi dropped us off at the curb we walked up the ramp and into the terminal (NO lines.. We had a suite so we could have used the "express lane", but there was hardly anyone there so we were in the "regular line") They checked our documents and we were off to have our picture taken (we skipped the "buy it photo op, and went right onto the security photo). We never stopped once. 
Ship Condition: Very clean and well kept. The common areas of the ship were in perfect condition. We really never had to wait for anything. The staff were pleasant and always had a smile. We did have some problems finding chairs by the pool as everyone seems to get up early to reserve them with their towel. 
Our Suite: Three Words: "OH MY GOSH". In college I lived in smaller places than this (with 3 roommates). Huge, beautiful, I never wanted to leave. We splurged on an Owners Suite (as this was our 11 year anniversary) and I was so happy we did. Huge living area, double balcony big enough for 2 lounge chairs, table and two other chair, entertainment center, desk, huge bathroom with two sinks, shower separate whirlpool tub, and bidet. We even got to "order" from the pillow menu. Our suite attendant was a cute man "Rey" who was always laughing and smiling. Took excellent care of everything we wanted. 
Concierge: Julian- hats off to him. Prior to our departure he emailed us to introduce himself and ask if there was anything he could do for us. Well, I sent him a list of about 8 thing and each were perfect when we arrived. We took full advantage of the lounge and his services. He truly went out of his way to help us out. He even got us on a tender with the staff when we had a private shore excursion booked. Julian and his service truly made the investment in a suite worth the price of one. 
Dining: We ate at Chops the first night and loved it! The second night was the formal night and once we entered the dining room and sat at at table number on our sea pass we were ushered to a "better" table. Unfortunately, it was next to an intoxicated couple and their young son. That pretty much ruined the dining experience for me. As a parent I felt bad for the kid having to be awake for the late seating. The head waiter never came by our table, they had difficulty bring us our correct wine, and it moved very slow. After that experience we decided to eat at Chops again and once again had wonderful service and awesome food. I was very surprised that both night the dining room was nearly deserted. A great bargain compared to a similar meal on land. 
Breakfast - We ordered room service for breakfast each morning except one when we ordered only coffee. Room service was right on time, but the food was rather limited and bland. However, we were happy to dine on our deck in privacy in our robes. One morning we decided to venture to the dining room for breakfast. my DH ordered french toast and I ordered eggs over easy. Our tablemates (they do put you with whoever is next in line) ordered pancakes and eggs over easy. The french toast and pancakes (two silver dollar pancakes) came out within 10 minutes, but our eggs took over 20 minutes. You think that "fine dining" would dictate that all the meals would be brought out together. That was the only real complaint I have for dining. We ate dinner at the windjammer the following night and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was and the selection they had. 
Ports: We walked down the road at Key West, but really didn't go into many shops, had a beer and people watched and went back to the ship. Cozumel, same thing, we have been here a few time so we just walked around and had a beer at senior frogs, had a good laugh and went back to the ship. Belize: We booked a zipline excursion on shoretrips and had a great time.. WE were the only people on the van, our guide met us at the dock and took us ziplining and off to a private resort for lunch and back to the ship. We were saddened by the extreme poverty of the country. 
Entertainment: honestly we didn't participate in it that much. We spent a few hours by the pool and had a laugh. We visited the bars after dinner, but that really isn't our scene, very loud. Spend a few dollars in the casino, made a few dollars on craps and dollar slots and were usually in bed by midnight (and we are only 34 and 36!) We really enjoyed quiet time our our private balcony. We found and purchased great bargains (a Farve Jersey for next to nothing) with the park west auctions.. If you like art you must check their auctions out. Even if you don't buy anything, just see the beautiful artwork and enjoy at least one auction. 
Overall: We had one of our best vacations because of the awesome efforts of the amazing staff of the Enchantment. We loved it so much I booked a family cruise (with our 4-9 and under kids for next year) Having a balcony was really the bonus to our vacation. We were so happy to meet our group from cruise critic before we sailed.. Had fun conversations with Ray and Janet (HI, hope you enjoyed your second leg. thanks again, michelle) 
Disembarkment: We departed via the special lounge as we had an 11:00 flight and were at the airport, via a private cab ($14.00) by 9:30. 
Great fun, and you can be we are going to do the Enchantment again.
