There were several issues, none of which were resolved even after talking with the manager. The bathroom door was broken but never got fixed. The place to put your shampoo and conditioner was broken and never got fixed. Got unlimited specialty dining and after the second burnt steak at Chops Grille, I gave up. Who ever is running the sound for the Ice Games show needs to turn the sound ...

I was on the Allure of the Seas on my Honeymoon with my wife on 11/14/2021 and all my wife wanted to do in St.Maarten was go on the excursion we paid for which was horseback riding. There was nothing on the website when we booked the reservation that there was a weight limit of 200 pounds and it was in error on Royal Caribbean website and we were not allowed to go. Also My wife and I are in ...

I’ve been on Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas this week and was highly disappointed to find that one of the complimentary restaurants included in my cruise fare had been bought out by a group for the entire week and closed to the public. I cruised on the sister ship last year and loved the Solarium Bistro and Samba Grill and really looked forward to eating there on this cruise. It is so close to ...

My wife and I have been cruising for over 20 years, mostly with Royal Carribean (Diamond plus member), but also have cruised with Norwegian, Disney and Carnival. We've been on the Allure of the Seas twice now and can say without any doubt we will not book another cruise on this ship. I will say before I get into the reason for our dissatisfaction with the ship that like with any place there were ...

This cruise was a honeymoon gift from my in-laws. The first issue we had was with my husband's luggage. The airport temporarily lost his suitcase, but then notified us that it was still in the airport. We had already embarked early and had several more hours before departure. My husband went to the customer service desk and offered to just get a taxi and get the luggage himself. The lady at ...

Will Never Cruise with Royal Caribbean Again

This was our first cruise and our last vacation as a family. We had so much planning and money that went into this vacation knowing it would be our last. Two months before we left we got a change in itinerary that shortened our stay in Puerto Rico and Labadee due to propeller problems on the ship. I understand RC can change itinerary at any time per the contract. However, during our trip there was ...

We chose this trip because it was at the right time for vacation. We were very excited to go because 2 of the ports we love. Well, first problem was we received an email telling us that we would have a shortened visit at San Juan because of a problem with the propulsion system on the ship. The next problem was that there was a medical emergency (of which they had no control) and the decision ...

I was recommended by friends to take my first cruise to the Carribbean. After signing up for the cruise, and fully committed to taking this trip, more than once, an excuriion I signed up for was cancelled, and one was cancelled on the day of the event. Unfortunately, I learned three days of getting to the first port was way too long. What was really disappointing was the lack of QUALITY ...

Crew overall was not friendly and had multiple rude comments from crew. Room attendant was great her amen was Yvette! Bar staff on board should be completely revamped aside from a select few! The cruise was very indirect and overall not consumer friendly! Staff had no sense of urgency to tend to customers and if your taking children under 12 I would strongly recommend not going on this ship. My ...

Travel Agent & Over 55 Cruises.... Avoid RCL and especially the ALLURE

I've been on the Allure 3-times in the past couple of years: twice in the past six months. The food is luke-warm and tasteless. If you are diabetic, then avoid this cruise. Windjammer and leisure dining locations only offer "No sugar added" lemon and chocolate chip cookies, which taste like glue. On a couple of occasions, there was a second option: "No sugar added" mouse. They don't even put ...
