Undercooked meatballs from the Lido. This is unsafe, and the senior staff didn't bother to remove the tray from the buffet.

Beautiful Ship, Experienced Some Issues
"No one going through the door with us was asked to verify their check-in time. This meant many, many people were left to stand all over the place for a good amount of time until one group was called and then try to capture a vacated seat...."Read More

Great cruise on the Regal Princess

Just got home from this cruise. I have to say it was perfect. No complaints. Embarkation was crazy, but nothing Princess could have done about that. They were 2 hrs late getting into Ft Lauderdale and then had a surprise full Coast Guard inspection dropped on them at the last minute. There was a definite lack of communication about the delay. Some people got emails and let the Facebook ...

to start with our room carpet was dirty-and someone craped in toilet to leave us a gift ,apparently this was not cleaned prior to us getting room. the first port of call was there private island where they ran out of hamburger buns. The second night in dinning room the food was terrible and service almost as bad. The same thing the second visit dining room . I purchased a ring for my wife and ...

Our group, seven in all. took this cruise to the Caribbean on Princess. Two of our group were first time cruisers, the other five had cruised before. We had a great experience on the cruise. The service was exceptional, both in the dining rooms and bars. Cabins were, for the most part, clean. (We found some debris on the floor of one cabin, but by and large, things were clean.)The ...

EMBARKATION - The Medallion did speed up the initial check-in process. Note: There was no clear signage or direction given that you need to pick up a boarding number card upon entering the waiting area. Being a first-time Princess cruiser, I found out only by looking around and seeing others holding cards. They kindly directed me to a small desk off to the side back at the waiting area's ...

First, I always try to select Princess whenever possible, because the personnel are top notch. they are friendly, accommodating, yet professional. The ships are beautiful and immaculately clean. It always feels like coming home every time we step on board any Princess ship. I also chose this cruise because it my wife's birthday is March 2nd. We celebrated her birthday in 2020 on the Regal ...

First cruise since the COVID hit and everything ran better than expected. Crew members were great. Lance, our steward, did an amazing job and was always upbeat and pleasant. Dinner was made even better with Dennis in the Concerto room. Very happy and pleasant. We are in the Crown Grill and I cannot say enough about it. Food was exceptional, service, thanks to Roland, was beyond excellent, ...

I chose princess for it's COVID safety - I'm a pediatric nurse and was trying to get away yet be safe. The 100% tested, 100% vaxxed, 100% masked in public inside areas, and 100% room service - was all true! The crew were amazing, the ship was clean, the people were friendly, the food was awesome - it was Princess on steroids! There were only 1200 passengers on a ship for 3000+. Loved the ...

Booking this cruise was very last-minute, coinciding with yet another birthday and somewhat opportunistic, as we had been planning to spend a few days at Disney World and other attractions in Orlando but then thought, what is there in Epcot that we haven't really seen in person? And do we need to see more captive sea creatures living out their lives in constraint and misery? Nah. So what is the ...

From the moment I saw the website I knew something was up. It doesn't look like any other. Then I saw the app. I should have put my credit card away. The app is a disaster. The cruise was a disaster. Nothing worked. The Princess Promise means no promise kept. Spa- 2 out of 3 saunas didn't work intermittently. The pool would work for a short time and quit. Not relaxing. The food? Fail. ...

A bad pre-cruise experience and the Medallion App, spoil what could have been a great cruise.

PRE-CRUISE EXPERIENCE We booked our cruise - Deluxe Obstructed Balcony - on 1/12. Nice room; large balcony; fun position at the front of the ship. A week later Princess put Balcony Cabins on sale, at HALF OFF, what they had been the week we booked. I understand this kind of thing happens, but understandably, this left a bad taste in our mouths. We called Princess, nothing could be ...
