We were on the Two Ship World Cruise starting with Queen Victoria from Ft. Lauderdale to Sydney. Our cruise began with a two hour wait to be checked in. Our suite seemed adequate but soon developed many problems. First, our shower sewer backed up, covering the shower floor with gray water. We called the purser's office and it was soon taken care of. Second, for nine days we were not sure if we would have hot water or not. Being in the shower all lathered up and the water turning cold was a real shock to the system. Carnival Corporation doubletalk has replaced any sincere effort to solve complaints that made Cunard such an easy way to travel. I'm a Diamond level passenger and I won't be back! Read Less
