This was may 55th cruise but first time as Elite on Celebrity, We booked a C1 although I had no use for the concierge we booked late. This was our 4th Princess cruise and we really wanted to see the Panama Canal. The Ruby was a good choice, not too big. Great cruise for the most part. Did not care for Columbia as the locals were very pushy and constantly bugging us. Wanted full passage Panama canal cruise and Emerald Princess delivered. I found this to be a mostly wonderfully cruise with fabulous entertainment  and games galore. We have over 40 cruises under our belts, but this was our first Viking Ocean cruise. The ship and furnishings are beautiful with plentiful public spaces in which to spread out and relax - crowding was extremely rare or non-existent.
