Ship: Average decor. The ship interior is very dark except in the crows nest.

The staff at dining room botecceli dining was wonderful, however I could not say the same for the staff on Divi Divi dining room, it was Christmas Day and we had an early setting and a private table, we were seated and given menus and then we waited and waited and waited, meanwhile more diners came in and got waited on before us, not acceptable. I have cruised many times, and this was my first and LAST Princess cruise. The ship was filthy, mold everywhere including in the toilet in our cabin. Service was non-existent, food was mediocre on a good day. Reservations were not honored, so we mainly ate pizza and soft serve ice cream for 10 days. We just returned from a 10-day Princess Panama Canal cruise. If you are thinking of it, read this and think long and hard.

We purchased a Neptune suite in the rear corner, so we had good all-round views and a large veranda. The only thing that was good about this expensive cruise were the workers on board. Very good people.
