Grand Suite Not So Grand on the Oasis of the Seas

My husband and I have cruised on RCCL over 40 times and this trip was a disappointment. The room wasn't clean and the toilet inside was stained black. The room steward said that happens because of the rubber ring! After he explained the plumbing to us we felt comfortable about the black in the toilet. NO WE DID'NT! The employees were not happy at all. The only time you would get a smile ...

Last Time Crusing never again What a waste of time and money

We chose this cruise because we were with 12 other friends and thought it would be fun. Boy I was wrong. No kidding we have been on many vacation's but this one ranked as our WORST. When booking our "Dream Vacation" we were lead to believe that if we spent extra with the Owner Suite / Sky Class we would received a private type Butler Style experience. NOT true the concierge was non existent. ...

Oasis....TERRIBLE

I sincerely hope that the super sized ship is not the way of the future. Oasis is VERY crowded. Long long waits for an elevator, lines for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Promanade reminds me of Times Square on New Years. Everywhere was simply terribly crowded. Windjammer never ready on time with long lines. Constantly running out of food and coffee! Last morning they opened 15 minutes late and ...

There is so many things but I'll list some of them. First hire better chefs so the food can taste better and have more varieties. You need to add more activities dancing and such. Let the manager of the beauty place that is not nice to do secret drawing because he just got whoever he wanted and we spent a lot of money with them. Also do not keep changing your mattresses they are hard as a rock. ...

This cruise was recommended from a friend and it was the worst experience I ever had in my life. We had bed bugs in our room and was put in a small room not big enough for all my family members, we had to get split up, It took 2 days for them to correct the situation to only have it happen again and be moved to another room! and Royals compensation back to me was $300.00 for all the moving around ...

I chose this cruise to celebrate my 40th. Worst decision ever. Too many people, not enough staff. You are a number, not a guest. The food was horrible with very few options. Service was even worse! No one was friendly unless you were spending lots of money in casino or bars, etc. The upcharge dining options were nice, but more money of course. Prices listed on menus were different than what you ...

Company convention, 480 people in our group. 5000 passengers. Overall, overcrowded, bad dinner service, pool too loud and packed in like sardines, massage therapist trapped me in room trying to sell "product", food mediocre. Asked 5 waiters to bring me a beer in Grande restaurant and never got it. Out of lobster by mid-week. Next dinner, took us 1 1/2 hours to get entree. Restaurant manager was ...

Double charged for shore excursions. Had to go to guest services to rectify. Claim ticket for items that should have been returned to stateroom on last night, but were not. Could not even locate room attendant to ask about it. Triple charged by Royal Carribean for cruise charges - twice on 5/28/16 and again on 6/3/16.. Being a Diamond Member, should have had priority departure, but did ...

I have read several reviews for the "Oasis of the Seas" ship. I am convinced that some of these reviews were written by people who were either paid for the review, work for Royal or have never been outside of El Paso. For starters: The Ship is absolutely amazing. That human beings created such a vessel is an incredible sight to see. At times you forget you are on a boat. Kudos to the ship ...
