theprice was exzcellent and it was or first big cruise. We are gong on the Allure in 4 week with another great price. Anyone who think royal does not have good prices better shop around because they do lower them closer to the cruise or 6months out where as as other ships do not. There were so may things to do that we did not do all of them but this time we are going ...

This ship is too big, but the destinations are nice.

I chose this cruise because of the days in port versus the days at sea. The first whole day was at Nassau, Bahamas, then a day at sea, the third day was a Costa Maya, Mexico, the fourth at Cozumel and the final full day was at sea. The weather in late October/early November was rainy and sometimes stormy (except for the last two full days of the cruise). That said, there are a LOT of people ...

I belong to World Wings International, the former Pan Am flight attendant organization and this year we held our convention on this cruise. The ship is huge but elegant, clean, very stylishly appointed. My stateroom was on deck 9 with an ocean balcony which I used a lot. The room was large enough for 2 of us to be quite comfortable. Our cabin attendant was a gem. The food in the dining room ...

Every one should experience a Halloween cruise at least once ...The ship is fantastic & has an abundance of activities to offer....The food in the main dinning room has a lot to be desired..The specialty dinning is above par we ate in Giovanni as well as Chops...Highly recommend these two venues in the evening & if the weather allows to dine outside..Central Park is a great place to stroll or ...

Just returned from this cruise.. I don't know where to begin?? Be prepared to be nickel and dimed on this ship the minute you step foot on the boat, you are forced to have a maid clean your room twice a day, sounds great, but you are charged for this wonderful unnecessary service. The food was below standard, by the end of the cruise my group of 30 + were desperate to eat any food we could get ...

This is the second time we have cruised on the Oasis. RCL is not our preferred cruise line as I believe the food and service of RCL is below Celebrity and HAL when comparing sthe major lines. However, when booking a suite on the exclusive suite deck 17 it makes the ship seem small and you are cocooned in with outstanding service, raising the bar above the 2 aforementioned lines. We arrived ...

We chose Royal Caribbean solely on the recommendation of our AAA agent. With the moto "Go Big or Go Home" we went with the then, largest cruise ship in the world. While some people had said never to pick a ship that big for your first cruise we went against that advice and went anyway. On top of that we returned to the Oasis twice more. Everything from arriving at Fort Lauderdale to boarding the ...

We've been on 12 cruises now, all with RCL.. from the oldest ships (sovereign of the seas), and recently we were excited to check out Oasis of the seas, just to say to everyone else.. "we're sailing on the biggest cruise ship in the world!).. We're going to stick with the slightly smaller ships in the future.. the Oasis class is designed to focus your attention on the inner-core of the ship, ...

Nice ship, but there is such a thing as too big.

When I saw this short cruise on Oasis of the Seas, I jumped at the chance to see this class of ship for myself. I wasn't willing to pay what a 7 nighter is demanding, but the ship was chartered for 3 days prior to this cruise leaving RCI with days left in the week to fill. So they offered up a 3 day cruise, and I booked it. I couldn't talk my husband into going as he is busy this time of ...

It seemed that the crew was very unhappy. When asking for directions, we were misdirected several times, or simply told "I don't know." The food was absolutely disappointing. Three restaurants crammed into one, and the menu lacked variety. We actually felt forced to try a specialty restaurant, which we did. It was adequate. Bartender at Boleros was rude when my friend asked for a drink. He simply ...
