This was the 3rd cruise on HAL, the second on the Noordam. In the time between Jan 2013 to Nov 2014 this ship has seen a Major overall decline.

Everything was adequate, but certainly no "wow" factor. Steward tried to overcharge us multiple times for water from the minibar. Even though we sat at the same table every night, the waiters never learned our names or beverage preferences. They were polite, but very rushed, and service was impersonal.
