This was my 43rd cruise and 13th on HAL.
10 Day Southern Caribbean Cruise.
Stateroom SA 7058: Just right. Room Attendants were most attentive and very nice.
Neptune Lounge: Always a treat. Faye and Rick were perfect and REALLY went out of their way to insure we had a great cruise.

We did this same cruise 2 years ago, on Noordam, so we knew pretty much what to expect.
Ship: Decent condition. Going into dry dock soon. Some upholstery by Promenade deck atrium is threadbare. Overall, the ship is clean and well kept.

Embarkation, information about the new Muster Drill requirements, service throughout the ship, food served in the Lido Restaurant as well as the Dining Room, and most of the entertainment available was excellent. Hot soups served in the Dining Room often were steaming and were delicious.

We have cruised HAL many times. After this cruise we both noted that service and shipboard life have slipped.
