This cruise was amazing! Our destinations were, Grand Cayman, Falmouth Jamaica and Labadee Haiti. It was a group trip.
A week before we left, I started looking at reviews of the Navigator of the seas on this website (reviews of people who went ealier on 2016). These reviews were not that good. So I lowered my expectations because I am a clean freak concerning hotel rooms... BIG MISTAKE! ...
We were onboard Navigator for 6 night cruise to Labadee, Falmouth and Cayman Islands. We had already been on a cruise the previous week (Enchantment Mon-Fri) from Port Canaveral, from where we drowe down to Fort Lauderdale and spent the last night before Navigator cruise in Hyatt Place Plantation (great hotel, by the way: free parking, free wifi, free breakfast and a nice bed).
We dropped our ...
My husband and I have cruised before, but this was our girls' (ages 8 & 6) first cruise, and our first cruise with Royal Caribbean. We were delighted. The food and service at Sapphire was excellent. Every night there would be a fruit salad waiting for my girls and even though a children's menu was available, my girls ordered off the main menu and to my surprise, ate everything! The self-serve ...
After reading the reviews about the Navigator, we were really concerned about our upcoming cruise and worried that we had made a mistake, however, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the ship was and how friendly and welcoming the crew was. My husband and I traveled with our 14 and 17 year old girls for a 6 night cruise over Christmas. We arrived at Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale at ...
I travelled on this cruise with my friend - we are both late 30s and have been friends since college. We both travelled in on the day of embarkation, so we did not utilize a hotel. That said, I've stayed in the Embassy Suites and Hyatt Place (both very close to the port), and would highly recommend both if you can get a decent rate.
The ship itself is in great shape. Please don't believe any ...
Let me start off by saying that my boyfriend and I were first timers. I am a big-time researcher and planner when it comes to vacations and family trips and I read everything I could about cruising and I watched YouTube videos for tips and hints for months before the trip. This post is going to include tips that I did not read about (even though you may have). So if you want to stop reading now, ...
Well first off I want to say I did have a great time. We stayed in an Superior Ocean view Balcony cabin 8346 & absolutely loved it! Actually more roomy than I thought it would be & Mr. Kerrol Green our stateroom attendant was AWESOME! Really went over & beyond to make us at home & have fun! Embarking was actually a breeze we arrived at the port at about 10:45 & were probably boarding by 11:00 ...
While it was hard not to compare (and unfair as well since, to me, the Allure is an impossible act to follow), I thought the Navigator was a beautiful ship in its own right. Even though we went from a balcony on the Allure to an inside on the Navigator, the second cruise being a bargain cruise I found on line to keep us out of the Canadian winter longer, we were pleasantly surprised at all the ...
This is our third cruise, first on the Navigator but we had been on Adventure before so had some idea what to expect. We love this class ship, everything feels "big enough", very rarely any crowding. Navigator has a wonderful crew, absolutely everyone we met was warm and friendly, it was a treat.
Flew in the morning of the cruise, with our mild northeast winter this year had no issues. ...
I have been married to my wife for 26 years and love her more than anything in the world. Okay, not counting the kids and my one and only grandson but definitely more than the bird and the dog. I promised her the world and have not even come close to delivering it yet she has exceeded in deserving it. I decided to go all out and take her on a cruise that we have all heard countless of times are so ...
