This was our 29th anniversary and decided to take a cruise since that cruise taken was in 1994 on Celebrity and 1981 on Carnival. The ships have vastly improved since then. We needed an 8 day cruise to attain our Diamond status with Royal Caribbean's Crown and Anchor program. The Navigator of the Seas was the only one that met the criteria for us. Port Everglades was a piece of cake. Royal Caribbean rep met us at the airport and directed us to an air conditioned bus. We chose the Navigator to celebrate my 50th birthday on the 16th and I wanted to leave on that day. Also, we hadn't been to Labadee or St. Kitts.

Hubby and I enjoyed a relaxing week on Navigator. This was our second time on this ship - the timing and ports just worked out. During this trip we graduated to Diamond level - it only took us 25 years! The ship was in good shape and crew were very hospitable. We really enjoyed the cruise director Jeffrey - funny guy.

I liked that there were lots of beach chairs on deck. Checking out towels each day was a pain. And people did save chairs even though they weren't supposed to.
