30 of us cruise yearly. We chose the Divina expecting a quality, classy ship. Big mistake. The ship is huge but very understaffed. The waitstaff, cabin Stewart, etc.were great but overworked. Food quality was sorely lacking. We have never seen a thinner slice of "prime rib". You could almost see thru it! Lobster and shrimp were extra pay not included with dinners. The cruise ship was horrible, they staff was rude and discourteous, and unprofessional to say the least. My entire birthday trip was ruined due to the rudeness and discrimination that was evident on the ship. MSC Divina is a beautiful ship every detail from the staircases to the marble and the decor is immpeccable. We had a balcony room so it was spacious compared to other cruise liners. There wasn't much to do for anyone whos not a gambler or wants to sit at the bar all day..
