MSC Yacht Club YC3 Royal Suite Seaside

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Seaside

For people who have ‘been there and done that’ I will try to relate to you the experience received in the Royal Suite aboard the Seaside this past summer. Having read many reviews of luxury lines, Viking, Seabourn, Silverseas, Oceana, Regent and all the recent problems many affluent cruisers have experienced on board these fine cruise lines, I have to tell you about MSC Yacht Club. From strictly ...

Disappointment

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on MSC Divina

30 of us cruise yearly. We chose the Divina expecting a quality, classy ship. Big mistake. The ship is huge but very understaffed. The waitstaff, cabin Stewart, etc.were great but overworked. Food quality was sorely lacking. We have never seen a thinner slice of "prime rib". You could almost see thru it! Lobster and shrimp were extra pay not included with dinners. We chose the 1st sitting for ...

Terrible Anniversary Cruise

At around 2:30 we made it to our room and relaxed as we waited for our bags to arrive. The first bag came around 4:15. The second bag around 5:00 and the third around 5:30. At around 7:00 we wondered what the hold up was for our final bag and I started the multi round calling session trying to reach reception (No answer after at least 6 calls). We decided to go to dinner expecting that it would ...

Horrible Cruise

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

The cruise ship was horrible, they staff was rude and discourteous, and unprofessional to say the least. My entire birthday trip was ruined due to the rudeness and discrimination that was evident on the ship. My husband tried to surprise me with a cake at dinner and cake order was wrong and was delivered to a different restaurant. Often time room was left a mess and had to call customer service to ...

Beautiful Ship but probably won't sail again

MSC Divina is a beautiful ship every detail from the staircases to the marble and the decor is immpeccable. We had a balcony room so it was spacious compared to other cruise liners. There wasn't much to do for anyone whos not a gambler or wants to sit at the bar all day.. When we boarded the ship we were hoping to get into the pools however they were all drained and stayed that way with nets on ...

Our recent trip aboard the MSC Divina was a lot more than we expected. The ship is beautiful and the crew is great. We loved the entertainment committee. Ten wonderful young men and women that made every venue fun. The shows are the BEST at sea. The cabins are the largest for a regular balcony room than most other ships (and I have been on quite a few). The public areas are beautiful. The food is ...

Our Pleasant MSC Divina Cruise

Our cruise, February 2014, sponsored by our church, was wonderful, relaxing, and most enjoyable. The luxury of sailing on a brand new, beautiful ship was most exciting. Walking through parts of the ship was a labor of love as we saw the beautiful décor of lounges, dining areas, libraries, hallways, and the atrium. The entertainment provided every evening was, without a question, the most ...

Poorest Cruise Line EVER

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on MSC Poesia

This was an 18 day cruise with an extra 5 days in Germany. This Cruise Line had no idea of how to treat Customers. The Reception Staff was rude with whatever question you had. We lost 2 nights of sleep crossing the Atlantic because something had come loose in the ship's bulkhead and was banging so loud every few minutes. We reported it to Reception the first night only to be told they ...

My wife and I recently returned from our 7-day cruise on the MSC Poesia (sailed 4/6/13). It was our second journey on MSC, (the first one being on its sister ship, the Orchestra), and truly one of the best cruising experiences we've had in recent years. Our trip started on a sour note, unfortunately. We had booked the cruise through MSC's own travel agents. Although we were not able to use our ...
