Overall this was a good cruise, the ship though needing some attention is in good shape, we had no major complaints about the food which in general was good. This ship is definitely for the older generation - 45+. NOT a ship for kids. I think there were only 6 kids on our cruise, so warning...if you want the kids to have fun, not a good idea to select this ship. The destinations are not for kids/teens either. I've sailed Emerald Princess in 2019 on a Mediterranean cruise, and 5 other cruises. The service was wonderful. The amount of quests was very low so we had a lot of crew members and not many quests. I liked some of the advantages of the Medallion class service..
