Ship – The ship is gorgeous. I really like the central design of the promenade and other areas because it makes everything very accessible. The promenade was a really cool area that made you feel like you were in a little piece of city and included a separate pizza and patisserie sandwich shop. Pools and spas were clean and spas were heated nicely. They tend to be crowded on sea days, but on port ...
We (DH and I - both early middle-aged) spent 5 days aboard Liberty of the Seas on it's first Caribbean sailing after returning from the summer season in Europe. First let me say that I believe in general the cruise product is changing so quickly that it is almost impossible to directly compare this trip to previous ones. Prior to this our most recent cruises were in 2012, on Carnival and Princess. ...

Terminal - my husband and brother needed wheelchair assistance so we were moved to another location, assigned a porter and fast tracked thru check in, Customs and on to the ship. Great Service.
Cabin 1609 -Room Steward Hamilton was a very impressive employee. He was friendly & extremely efficient. He seemed to never sleep, he was always around at all hours. The cabin was small but cozy. Very very ...
Embarkation: It was a breeze. We took a taxi from the Embassy Suites in Fort Lauderdale and were on the ship within a half hour even though the Terminal was VERY busy! We headed straight to the H2O Zone for the kids to play, ate at Windjammer and then headed to our room for the kids to nap and to unpack.
The room: We had an Aft Facing Junior Suite on Deck 10. It was LARGE...plenty of room for the ...
On a RC cruise I rented a junior suite for my wife and me and a balcony stateroom for two of my adult daughters on deck 10. We all enjoyed this ship and would gladly return.
First the positives: The ship was very clean, the food was adequate. We especially liked the specialty restaurants. Our cabin steward introduced himself to us on day one, asked if we had any special requests and fulfilled ...
Liberty of the Seas April 26 – May 1, 2014 Ft. Lauderdale – Belize City – Cozumel – Ft. Lauderdale Cabin 6291
Introduction
My wife, Joanne, and I are Diamond Crown and Anchor members. This was our 12th Royal Caribbean cruise. We last sailed in 2008 so this represented, in certain instances, a sharp departure from our cruising experiences of six years prior. More on this throughout the review. ...
I have sailed on Royal Caribbean twice before this sailing, once on the Liberty of Seas in 2010 and Navigator of the Seas in 2006. My 2010 sailing was the best cruise I have ever been on and I was always quick to brag about the phenomenal time I had. When I got a GREAT deal to sail on this ship again, I was thrilled. I decided to take my boyfriend on this amazing cruise line for his birthday. It ...
Celebrating our Anniversary/ Husbands 55th Birthday. We arrived at the port at about 11:30 am and started our boarding process which took aprox. 1.5 hours.... way too long as the ship was having problems finding a passenger from the previous sailing.
After we boarded we found the ship to be as beautiful as the pictures and videos seen.
Our room was ready and luggage followed very soon after. We ...
I am going to start this off with a description of us, the cruisers. We are now diamond plus with RCI. We have sailed with them 25 times. We have familiarity with Princess and Norwegian. We WERE die hard RCI cruisers. Now we are most likely former RCI cruisers. OK, why?
This cruise was a 5 day cruise. I can't think of one day that I had a decent meal. The food was so pedestrian and unappealing. ...
