The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Enchantment of the Seas

I have been cruising since 1983 as a passenger on Carnival, NCL and Holland America. Although my husband and I are dedicated Holland America cruisers, we decided to give RCCL a try in order to expand our cruising options. From the moment we arrived at the pier for our November 14 Enchantment of the Seas cruise, we knew this was not going to be the kind of experience we had come to expect. We had ...

The new port at Ft. Lauderdale, the one built for the Oasis of the Seas is very nice and they are working hard to be ready for the new ship. Check in was very good, we got to the pier at 11:00 am and was onboard by 11:45. I was disappointed that we did not get our picture taken boarding as I have done with every cruise, there were no photographers there. The food was the worst I have ever had ...

This is my fifth RCCL Cruise and 12th overall cruise. Overall I evaluate very honestly, but fairly. On a ten point scale, ten being perfect and zero being the worst possible, this cruise will be about a 4. Bad points: The meats, chicken, fish and other main entrees were served dry. So dry that even sauces didn't save them. No more mints on the bed, guess that is now Royal's price ...

I am a moderately experienced cruise line customer having sailed five cruises totaling 42 days in the last five years. This cruise was scheduled at the last minute, two weeks before sailing as a last minute getaway. I had to fit the exact dates of a five weekend around Labor Day and the cruise dates were a perfect fit for me, on of only three available that left the Thursday before Labor Day ...

I have taken 3 cruise and have never written a review because I have always been more than satisfied with the cruise. This cruise did have enjoyable moments. However, it does seem that often misery can overshadow joy. Getting on the ship was fine. Like always simple and easy to check in. However, we were rerouted do to an "electrical problem" on the boat. We were supposed to end in Key West but ...

My wife and I currently sailed with Royal Caribbean. Our flight was canceled and our guaranteed flight was not taken care of. We booked a flight with another airline and Royal Carib. refused to reimburse us. Next our itinerary was flipped. This put us in Key West from 9AM to 2 PM. It is not a happening town at this time. We had a pub tour scheduled for 5PM at first. Now it was set for 10AM. What a ...

First off, let me say this was my first cruise. It took me some time to decide whether or not to cruise or do an All-Inclusive again. Advice I typically heard usually ended with "people either love cruises or hate them." In the end, I booked a 5-night cruise on RCCI and got what I thought was a really good deal. The online agent I used sent me all of the information needed and suggested I do the ...

Enchantment of the Seas 5 day cruise 09 11 2006 to 09 16 2006 Cruise Experience over 22 cruises Embarkation Instead of sending us the Immigration form for the Bahamas so we could fill it out before we got to the port, they had hundreds of people sitting everywhere trying to fill out the forms, this isn't too smart of them. Food One of the main reason people cruise is the food and it is a ...
