This was our 6th Cruise with Princess. Once again, I was concerned with some of the reviews. And Once again, Princess met all our expectations. We had a marvelous time. I would like to address some of the negative comments. Our Cabin was what we expected. The cabin steward kept it very clean. The temperature and AC worked very well. The new beds and bedding was extra nice. There were ...

After reading reviews, we were nervous, but there was no need. We had a great experience with no major issues. I'm always amazed that 2 different families can experience exactly the same thing and come away with polar opposite opinions--expectations and perspective are powerful. Our expectations were lower--based on some previous reviews. Our perspective comes from our previous cruises--most ...

Emerald Princess – Western cruise – 2/27/2016 We had a mini-mini suite – D732 – at the very aft. The balcony was oversize with two lounge chairs and 2 footstools. There is no cover from the sun and rain. The suite had a large (uncomfortable to sit on ) sofa, one club chair, two 2tv’s, and best of all….VERY comfortable beds. Plenty of closet and storage space with room under the bed for ...

The Emerald was in great shape. We had concerns after reading post dry-dock complaints. But we experiencd no issues. Our balcony cabin on Baja aft, was the quietest cabin we have experienced in 8 cruises! The new bed was great...more storage then in any other cabin in our cruise experience. Water, plumbing, A/C was all fine. Room steward Kim was excellent. The public spaces were all updated and ...

Our Last Cruise

This was our fourth cruise, with the other three on Carnival, and about 20 years ago. It was a themed cruise with Line Dancing for my Wife, and four new ports of call to snorkel for the both of us. We were looking forward to trying a "better" cruise line. I don't think we got one. Cruising remains a very cost effective way to travel, and we enjoyed the balcony on our stateroom. The ...

We were apprehensive about the Emerald after reading some negative reviews. Those were quickly squashed by what was an awesome two weeks. We were onboard about 1/2 hr earlier than our scheduled time. Partly since we are Platinum with priority boarding and also the embarkation system is smooth and fast moving. We were upgraded so our Oceanview had become a Balcony and we were very ...

This was our first Princess cruise and was booked based on price alone). We kept our expectations low based on other reviews and decided we would make the best of whatever came our way. However, our expectations were exceeded in most areas. Our biggest concerns after reading reviews were the food and the entertainment. Our any-time dining room experience was very acceptable!! The ice cream ...

I have cruised with my mother and sister on the Crown Princess. This trip was with my mother, husband and two kids. Husband and kids were first time cruisers. We were a bit afraid after seeing some of the reviews about the attitudes of the crew members. My whole family found none of those reviews to be anything like our experience. Every last person we encountered, from the steward to the ...

We (4) just returned from a 5 night Western Caribbean cruise with port destinations of Cozumel and Costa Maya Mexico, leaving from Port Everglades Ft Lauderdale Florida. Embarkation- was a nightmare. The line was unbelievably long, never ever seen a line like this. My husband and I are platinum members which entitles you to priority boarding. We could not find a Princesses representative until ...

We decided to book a quick getaway cruise for Valentine's with no kids. We prefer Holland America but needed a shorter trip and Princess had a great deal on this trip so we decided to try them again. We sailed Island Princess three years ago and really enjoyed it but really prefer smaller ships. The embarkation process was great. We got in and waited in a short line and then basically walked ...
