The ship is nice, we have done all the Edge class and liked this one a lot. Service was excellent, no complaints. We were in Aqua and liked it, as bed is by balcony. This was our first cruise so expectations were high. First and foremost all crew members were welcoming, kind, professional and very helpful. All I will say is that COVID must have devastated Princess. Their cost cutting measures are extensive. As a top of the line suite passenger, we come to expect certain little things that help make the cruise memorable. They have eliminated flowers in the suite, chocolates at bed turn down, the sewing kit, pen and stationary, the fruit basket until we asked for one and individual soaps and shampoos. ...
