As always, Crown Princess delivered Princess value and quality on everything on board, from stateroom to dining room. We have great time on board and met great people along the way. Worth every penny and time spent. Iteinerary and ports are excellent. We specially like Funchal and Mallorca. We may not visit these lovely places if for taking the cruise. Food was good in both dining room and ...

We’ve been on the Crown before and had great service, food, entertainment and the ports on this trip were fantastic. We met some fantastic people from different countries and are still in contact with them. Hopefully will meet them for other cruises also. We’ve always wanted to try a transatlantic cruise and this one was great. Very relaxing they had great speakers to keep us occupied and the ...

1st Cruise--Couldn't be Happier

Wanted to do a transatlantic and this was my opportunity. Food was great and the opportunity to meet new people was easy. The broad range of activities was nice. There's always something to do. Liked the open seating concept during meals--it gives you a chance to meet a lot of different people. Enjoyed movies under the stars and walking the Promenade deck as well as using the gym every day. ...

PRECRUISE We spent one night at the Embassy Suites in Fort Lauderdale. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. We had a top floor room with a view of the port: got to see the Crown Princess and the Oasis arrive in port from our balcony. We used the hotel shuttle ($7pp) for both the trip from the airport and the trip to the port. BOARDING This was our first cruise ...

As way of background, my husband and I are 59 and 62 and have cruised many times. This was our second TA and our third time with Princess. We booked a guaranteed balcony with our travel agent almost three months ahead and received our cabin assignment (Riviera deck, starboard side) a month later. We were very happy with virtually every aspect of the cruise. Pre-Cruise We booked the Hyatt ...

Crown Princess Is Better Than Queen Mary! We departed Ft. Lauderdale on May 1, 2010 on Crown Princess for a 53-day cruise to ten countries arriving Southampton, UK on June 23rd. We boarded the Queen Mary 2 on June 25th for a 6-day crossing to New York. Crown Princess is an excellent ship with great food, service, and entertainment. Our expectations were high that the Queen Mary 2 would be even ...

We do a lot of traveling...just not a lot of cruising. I think our last cruise was sometime before we had kids, and as our oldest just graduated university...its been awhile. We thought 9 days on a transatlantic jaunt might be too much...but the crossing was perfect. Some of the highlights:Big beautiful sparkling clean shipPolite attentive staff in EVERY encounterGreat variety and quality of food ...

This was our 10th cruise.....and hands down, the best cruise ever! Embarkation: We always travel to the port a day early - just in case we encounter airline delays, traffic jams, etc. This time, it was a very good thing that we traveled to Ft. Lauderdale a day early, as our flight from Dallas was 4 hours late. Embarkation was fast and painless, and after dropping our carry-ons in our cabin (the ...
