My wife and I took a cruise on the Crown Princess from February 25 to March 17 in the Caribbean. we had a mini suite. We have cruised with Princess twice before and were happy with our experiences. This time we noticed all the cost cutting measures that have been taken. Great cruise line. What is not to like. Staff were all friendly, food was great, service excellent. Enjoyed all the Ports of Call as we had not been to any of them. Oh dear what a difference a few years make, not like no ago princess was one day of my two favourite cruise lines.
The cut backs are enormous, the majority of the crew need retraining in knowledge and service.
