Great Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

As for many cruisers, going through the Panama Canal was a bucket list cruise - it was great. We choose Celebrity because we love all the ships and the level of service. The Infinity is almost 20 years old but Celebrity has done a great job keeping it current. The MDR service with Edgar as our waiter and Mercy as Sommelier were excellent - the food was perfect for all of us. The stateroom service ...

This is one of the most amazing cruises I have ever been on. Everything could not have been better From embarkation to disembarkment Arrived st port 11:00 was on the ship eating lunch at 11:30. The cabin was a little small compared to other cruises, but that is the only negative. The staff, the food, the entertainment all weregreat. There are times when it was hard to find a seat in the buffet ...

Another Great Celebrity Cruise

We chose this cruise for the itinerary. Our other cruises were port intensive so we were not sure about the many sea days but due to the route we had no choice. Our cabin was as expected and our attendant was exceptional. The food in the MDR was very good, we had no complaints. We chose anytime dining and were seated with the same staff for most of the dinners which was great because they were ...

Wonderful Cruise Experience

The Celebrity Infinity is an older ship but it is extremely clean and has a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The crew is very accommodating and friendly, always trying to please. Our cabin #8018 was towards the front of the ship which was fine and the view from the balcony allowed us to see some beautiful sunrises and sunsets and watch as we arrived in the various ports early in the ...

We are loyal Celebrity customers, second time in the last year on the Infinity itself. This cruise was another experience that makes us want to continue with this. We can't say enough about the great service and spectacular crew, Everyone from bathroom attendants to officers were friendly and made you feel like every detail was truly important to them. The menus are lacking on creativity a ...

the panama canal / south america cruise was a total delight thought we opted for a 5 night specialty package my observation is that the select dining room was as good and with much more dining option service in either room was exceptional / most outstanding was jonny walker in tuscan where we dined three times missed the late night adult comedy room and the extra select dining option ...

A Wonderful Experience

This was our 3rd cruise, but 1st on Celebrity; it's now our favorite line. The food was very very good, above expectations. There is a high ratio of crew to guests and they really do take excellent care of you. Our waiter/assistant waiter in the dining room had only 3 tables to take care of, for example, and the room steward had only 10 rooms. The staff all seem very happy to be doing what they're ...

Cruising through the Panama Canal is a great experience.

Celebrity is one of the few cruise lines to go all the way through the Panama Canal. Our room 8043 was on port side and gave us great canal ship watching. There were several ships going through the locks on port side. It provided some quiet viewing when we became tired of mixing with other passengers. Colon is not a city to wonder on your own. Many tours are offered through the cruise & ...

We have been on seven cruises and with six different cruise lines. Our experience with the treatment food allergies and gluten free needs has gone the full range. We were treated very well. My wife has gluten free food issues and the sensitivity to her needs was consistently at a very high level. It did not matter what dining area we were in. From the Mater De to the dining room manager to the ...

Panama Canal, Engineering Wonder - much enjoyed our transit on Infinity!

We sailed this 17 night Panama Canal to San Francisco cruise, back to back with the next 11 night Alaska cruise. I'll review each cruise separately, but my overall impressions are based upon our total 28 night experience onboard the Celebrity Infinity. We sailed with our adult daughter who has a physical disability, so one of our two cabins was an accessible cabin, 7137. Infinity is a ...
