We have sailed with Celebrity Cruises before and loved it. This was our second cruise and first to a southern location. This was the first time on the Equinox and it did not disappoint. Ship was fantastic. We choose an inside cabin as on our first one we did not stay in it much. This was no exception. We went there to sleep. Cabin was good size and very clean. Dining: we went to the main dining ...

The ship itself was nice and clean and everything looked shiny and clean. The Purel bottles were everywhere and we were constantly urged to use them. I don't think anyone minded. As far as I know there was no Norovirus on this cruise. It did feel crowded at times, particularly at the Oceanview Buffet restaurant and in the corridors after dinner. No complaints at all about our cabin. We were ...

This was our 4th Transatlantic, we had been to a couple of the ports in the past and the end point in one of our favorite cities, Barcelona, was perfect. We love the Celebrity Solstice class ships and found the Equinox lived up to the high standards Celebrity sets for themself. The food was great..... So many options available, our cabin was immaculate, the wait staff was excellent and the ...

My niece and I thorough enjoyed this cruise. I was concerned as she's 30, and due to the timing and itinerary, I expected the average age of cruisers to be seniors - and they were (so am I.) We were travelling with friends, one in an Aqua class and another with an veranda. Knowing we'd spend little time in our cabin, we selected an inside cabin and weren't sorry. Our cabin was identical in ...

This was our first transatlantic cruise, for my husband and myself, but certainly not our last. Sailing on such a beautiful ship as the Equinox was a pleasure. Embarkation was easy, and being greeted with a glass of champagne on boarding the ship was a nice touch. Our interior cabin was as spacious as the balcony rooms we glimpsed. Even though our cabin was quite forward and on the 9th ...

My wife and I are relatively new to the cruise scene. As an individual who likes people but doesn't like crowds, I couldn't imagine being couped up on a vessel with limited space with a couple thousand others. However she persuaded me to take an Alaska cruise, and I have been hooked ever since. This was our fourth trans Atlantic cruise and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The weather for the first ...

Celebrity has been dependable in the past and was on this cruise. TransAtlantic is a good value, will do it again for third time. Embarkation and disembarkation went as expected, smooth and relatively quick. Ship was in great shape and stateroom was fine - no issues. Staff was overall courteous and efficient. Dining room staff was excellent as were stateroom attendants. Bar staff were ...

The ship was fantastic, the entertainment great. The activities to do every hour were too many to choose from. So many things to do that I didn't have time to read my book, go in the pool, or gamble, ( the things you would normally think you do on a ship.)The activity director and crew just wonderful. The ship was not so huge that you got lost but not so small that you ran out of activities. ...

Our friends asked us to join them and even though we sailed April 2015 on the Reflection we are happy we did because everything was better than our last year's transatlantic cruise. The food in the dining room was up and down but still better. Having said that the rest of the cruise was great. The staff and crew, the entertainment , customer service plus everyone was so friendly and even officers ...

The service and the ship are excellent. The only thing that was not quality was the shore excursion to Alhambra. We could hear or understand either tour guide. I did not get any background info on the palace. And the lunch buffet was a disaster. 200 people at once with no guidance. My husband waited in line 25 minutes and I did not even eat. And the bus seats were so cramped. Painful ...
