If it wasn't for seniors (60 and above ) half the fine restaurants in the USA would go out of business in a week. Also 1/2 the cruise ships would be scrapped within a year. After two satisfying cruises with Princess, I was looking to try a different cruise-line. Our experience on Celebrity Solstice was very comparable to Princess.
Parking and boarding in Ft Lauderdale is simple and went smoothly. I parked at Park n Go and was on the ship within 40 minutes or so. Our 2 pieces of luggage arrived at our room before late dining.

We sailed again on the Celebrity Solstice and found it to be just as wonderful as the first time we went in the Med.
Embarkation was fast, easy and trouble free. We were on board by 11:30 am and having lunch in the Buffet from around the world. Many selections for many regions/nationalities. Something for everyone. AND very good!!!!

We've been fortunate to have a great cruise experience on each of our 3 cruises. However, Celebrity seemed to offer a high class of service and provided a much more relaxed experience that either Royal or Disney. Were back from our RC Jewel of the Seas Cruise out of Tampa, and our Celebrity Solstice Cruise out for Ft Lauderdale.
