Would not do Concierge level or Reflection again

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Reflection

Booked the Concierge level for this cruise, and would not recommend. First 2 days had no service until we went to Guest Relations to complain. Kept waiting for steward to show up. Did not get the perks that were to be in the room, like the champagne and tote bag. Had to ask for the bag and the necklace that every cabin received. Two small pools and a solarium pool. Couldn't dock in Bimini so ...

Off the Reflection Thanksgiving cruise. Understandably, it’s a holiday cruise that is overbooked, completely full and with many kids, so not like sailing on half empty ship during the off season. However, there were some major organizational and service misses. Will start with positive: embarkation and disembarkation were easy and fast. Food was good in MDR and acceptable in the buffet. ...

4th time on Reflection 10 day cruise - Came home with COVID. Cabins poor furnishings. Cabins will not be refurbished until 2026 it can't be about $$$ with all the new ships Celebrity's launching more likely forcing people to Edge class ships without natural balconies. MDR food improving but staff service slow overworked. Oceanview cafe too many Indian dishes , raw chicken in one ...

Disappointing Transatlantic

WE have sailed with Celebrity many times before and have previously enjoyed an excellent cruise. This is the first time sailing with them since Pandemic and wow, what a difference! The ship was only half full and that was the only benefit as far as I was concerned, no queues! Standards have fallen to an all time low with little or no consideration to the demographics of the passengers. ...

We’ve been long time loyal Celebrity Cruisers, but our current cruise has been lack luster on almost every imaginable level. What was once a strong dining experience is now mundane and in most cases the food lacks not just originality but taste! The buffets were at best disgustingly mediocre, all but Tuscan Grill specialty restaurants were similar. Not sure if this is just Reflection or if ...

I had heard Celebrity has the best cuisine, also non smoking casino, this was the reasons I chose this ship.I have been on 25+ cruises & this was one of the worst experiences ever.We had balcony concierge room which was basic. The first night decided to go to the buffet.Three stations were open ,salad, pizza, pasta a couple vegetables. So I thought what's going on.I go over to ask one of several men ...

Usually we cruise RCCL but decided on Reflection to try a 10 day itenerary that suited us.We arranged our entirer vacation through Celebrity. Precruise hotel was overrated and pick up arrangements made by Celebrity from hotel to pier was a disaster. Driver was late! Very late and we received no info at all. We arrived at the pier and boarded barely in time for the muster drill! Missed out on ...

Let me apologize from the start to all the Celebrity fans out there because my review will be very negative. My wife and I have sailed over 20 times on various cruise lines and this cruise was not one of our favorite cruises. My wife and I wanted to try Celebrity Cruise Line since many people recommended them to us. And since we wanted to go to Mardi Gras, we booked the cruise on Celebrity ...

Underwhelming

We were told by a number of people that Celebrity Cruise Lines were a step above other cruises we had taken ( mainly Princess). It wasn't. We had an inside cabin which had a large couch in it which took up so much space, we couldn't use half the closet. With limited space to start out with, this was a definite negative. The food was less than expected and on more than one occasion, they ...

We went with 2 couples who have done this exact cruise many years in a row. We have only done 1 cruise prior to this and did not really enjoy it, however it was a Carnival down to Mexico. That cruise was a druken fest, everyone was smashed and rude. We booked this cruise thru a travel agent and felt comfortable with the price and amenities offered. We opted for the gratuities package and the drink ...
