1-10 of 72 Celebrity Infinity Cruise Reviews for Senior Cruises to the Western Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)
Great meal options at the main dinner dining room. Options change every night especially enjoyed the desserts. Feel free to order more than one. Great service overall around the ship. shows were ok but the comedian was funny. The adults only pool area was ideal for relaxing. But every jacuzzi was filled kids in the pool area, that was a turn off from using them. The gym area was clean and not ...
We went from fort Lauderdale to Belize and we had a very beautiful cabin with an excellent view. Our cabin 7049 with a clean bathroom and a big bed. Extra spaced balcony. All in our cabin was good. Nice cruise and party. Excellent food all the time and nice places to know around the ship. We loved the wok food prepared just in front you at buffet restaurant. We spent any dollars in a short ...
While this short cruise was very good there were some iratiants that could be easily fixed:
First, the music was to loud.I fail to understand why management feels that music has to be loud ,especially when the majority of passengers are seniors.
Secondly, there were only 2 gameshows.I have never been on a cruise with so few.
Thirdly, while I have rated most everything as very good to ...
Overall, we enjoyed our cruise. The ship was nice, we liked that it was not a mega ship. We had great food and service. The passengers tend to be more mature and I think better ships if you have a young family or teens that like to be active. We loved being in Aqua class and having access to the restaurant BLU. It had great service and a unique menu. It is a great cruise if you do not want to feel ...
The food in the main dining room was outstanding! Our cabin was a family suite. With a large veranda and was very clean and comfortable.
However the ship lacked entertainment. Not much to keep you interested during the day if you were not a drinker. Solarium and pool area were extremely crowded and not enough chairs.
The buffet was decent but it was laid out in not such a good way that by ...
This was a very good cruise. The Infinity is a very nice ship, but it is a little bit tired. It is due for a major refurbishment and modernization in 2020.
Our cabin was a bit dated and not as comfortable as on previous Celebrity ships. We were in Aquaclass. Previously, this has been quite elegant. However, this time there was nothing to differentiate this from a regular Balcony cabin. The ...
We have cruised many times with Celebrity and this ship has been our least favorite. Nothing special, no wow factor. Food was just ok. Entertainment however, was very good with the exception of lounges it was not. We found there was not much to do around the ship during sea days that had our interest. Dinner at the Tuscan Grill was very good but not as good as I thought it would be. For our ...
We scheduled a charter music trip and the charter company is using the Infinity for the entertainment spaces available. I can understand that. We have sailed on Windstar, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival. This ship by far had the worst food selection and service of any. The Trellis dining room served several meals that were basically inedible. I was served the wrong steak at one meal and the ...
We picked this cruise because we were able to get a ridiculously great rate on a concierge cabin and had never been on Celebrity before. The original date was suppose to be in Feb. but we were notified that the ship had been charted and was given an option to book a different date with our OBC being doubled.
Getting on the ship was very quick and effortless. We were able to eat in the MDR for ...
Just finished up a 5 night on the Infinity with a business group and was very satisfied with the experience. While (as some have previously said) the Infinity is at the end of her current life and showing some age, she is still a beautiful ship and the crew does a very good job of maintaining/hiding her flaws. Overall, the service on this ship is excellent - from the dining room to the bars to the ...
