We choose this cruise because of the itinerary. There was only one sea day and the rest were ports of call with beautiful beaches. We booked and Grand Suite, 7928, and it was perfect. We even got new furniture for the room in one port. The A/C worked very well, first time ever we turned the thermostat up because it was too cold. The bed and linens were exceptional in quality. The ...

This is our third cruise and I couldn't be more happier with the service we received. This is the first time we stayed in a balcony suite and we weren't disappointed with how spacious the cabin was and the great ocean view from the balcony. Our Cabin steward Michael made our trip so much more stress free by making sure all our requests were met throughout the week. The food was amazing with tons ...

The beds in our cabin were uncomfortable and the A/C was subpar. We normally have very comfortable matrices on Carnival cruises. Public bathrooms and areas need a deep cleaning and more attention though out the cruise. Many of the deck chairs need replacing. We noticed stains and tears in the Serenity deck clam shell cushions. Staff was very friendly and attentive to guest. The activities and ...

Dirty ship, friendly staff!

We chose the Conquest because friends invited us to join them. Embarkation from Ft. Lauderdale was quick and easy. First thing we noticed after boarding was how dirty the windows and floors in the eating areas were. This ship is in need of a major renovation. Chaise lounges around pool area had threadbare cushions and stains. Decor throughout ship was aged and worn. Our balcony cabin was ...

All in all a very nice experience. The ship was very well maintained, very clean Crew was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Customer service top notch. Cabin Steward very good, very conscious of our needs. The dining room experience was wonderful, our waiter was very personable, the food was excellent and arrived soon after order. First off to give some perspective, we have sailed maybe 25 times. We're obviously not first timers but we also have some relative experience with different lines. We have sailed Celebrity, Princess, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and Carnival lines. We have stayed in Suites, Balconies, Oceanviews and Inside Cabins. We chose the Carnival Conquest primarily for the ports but also the holidays and ...

Boarding at Fort Lauderdale was pleasant due to having Faster to Fun add on. We were checked in and onboard in under 15 minutes, room was ready as soon as we boarded. Downside of faster to fun I don’t think the room stewards have time to properly prepare your room after previous guests have checked out. This was probably the first time in 9 cruises that we can say our room was dirty, old ...

I booked a balcony cabin for the Eastern Caribbean cruise with stops at Nassau, Half Moon Cay, Grand Turk and Amber Cove. I opted for any time dining which gave me allocation to the Renoir Restaurant which is located in the middle of the ship. I was located in cabin 6379 which was conveniently located within easy walking distance of elevators, near the middle of the ship. Standard balcony ...

I chose this cruise for a few reasons. I wanted to go to Grand Turk and Half Moon Cay, I liked the length of six nights, and the price was excellent, For the most part I was very satisfied with only a few irritations. We had Faster to the Fun so embarkation was so easy. We literally dropped of our bags, went thru security and walked right onto the boat. Smoothest ever. I talked my husband ...
